Councilmember <br /> <br />__ __ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-06- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF RAMSEY <br />TOWN CENTER 9TM ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey Town Center, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has <br />properly applied for preliminary plat approval of Ramsey Town Center 9th Addition on the <br />£ollowing described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />OUTLOT C, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION, according to the recorded plat <br />thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br /> <br />And <br /> <br />All that part of OUTLOT E of said RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION, which <br />lies easterly and northerly of the following described line and its extensions: <br /> <br />Beginning at the northeast corner of OUTLOT D of said RAMSEY TOWN CENTER <br />ADDITION; thence on an assumed bearing of South 23 degrees 39 minutes 59 <br />seconds West along the easterly line of said OUTLOT D and its southwesterly <br />extcnsion for 783.56 feet; thence easterly for 358.64 feet along a non-tangential curve <br />concave to the north, radius 622.00 feet and central angle 33 degrees 02 minutes 10 <br />seconds, thc chord of said curve bears South 73 degrees 28 minutes 55 seconds East; <br />thence on a bearing of EAST, tangent to said curve, for 98.98 feet; thence <br />northeasterly for 200.40 feet along a non-tangential curve concave to the southeast, <br />radius 600.00 feet and central angle 45 degrees 14 minutes 16 seconds, the chord of <br />said curve bears North 35 degrees 40 minutes 10 seconds East, to the easterly line of <br />said OUTLOT E and there terminating. <br /> <br />(thc "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 20, 2005, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch <br />plan fi'om Ramsey Town Center LLC for a plat to be named Ramsey Town Center 9th Addition; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 3, 2005, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan <br />and recommended that the Developer proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 11, 2005, the Developer submitted a preliminary plat for Ramsey <br />Town Center 9th Addition to the City; and <br /> <br />-295- <br /> <br /> <br />
