WHEREAS, on June 2, 2005, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and <br />recommended the City Council approve the preliminary plat of Rarasey Town Center 9th <br />Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 28, 2005, the City Council reviewed the preliminary plat for <br />Ramsey Town Center 9th Addition; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE Olq' MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval to Ramsey Town Center <br />9th Addition contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated May 27, 2005, <br />revised June 24, 2005. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> · and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 28th day of June, 2005. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />-296- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-06- <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
