All equipment shall be kept in good repair. <br />Failed equipment and rubbish shall be removed from the work site regularly. <br /> <br />The ingress and egress to the Subject Property shall be from County Road//63. <br />The Permit Holder shall provide a 75 foot long gravel approach at the access <br />points onto County Road #63 to minimize the tracking of grading materials from <br />the site onto the public highway. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for <br />obtaining and complying with any permits deemed necessary from Anoka County. <br />In addition, the Permit Holder shall be responsible for removing any spilled <br />material from the public roads immediately upon. direction to do so by the City <br />Engineer. Failure to do so shall be cause for the City Engineer to order the <br />necessary work to be done and billed to the Permit Holder. <br /> <br />7. All work sites shall be properly safeguarded to prevent the general public from · <br /> depositing garbage or other refuse on the work site. <br /> <br />The disturbed area shall be reforested with a like number of trees. The trees shall <br />be of similar species as those removed and shall be a minimum of 1-1/2 inches in <br />diameter. <br /> <br />9. Grading operations shall be conducted in such a manner to minimize interference <br /> with the surface water drainage outside the .boundaries of the operation. <br /> <br />10. Fencing may be ordered by the City Council or City Engineer anytime the permit <br /> is in force and shall be installed within 24 hours of written notice. <br /> <br />11. Ali haul roads to and from the Subject Property (County Road #63 between <br /> County Road #5 and T.H. #47) shall be maintained in order to minimize dust and <br /> in a condition satisfactory to the City Engineer. This work shall include <br /> application of water, bituminous material, or calcium chloride to the road surface <br /> as may be necessary to alleviate dust nuisance and eliminate traffic hazards. This <br /> work shall also include daily inspections of County Roads #5, #63 and T.H. #47 <br /> and the removal oF spillage of any materials from the operation. When hauling <br /> operations are completed, the permit holder shall either restore that haul road to a <br /> condition at least equal to that which existed at the time the hauling operations <br /> were started, or compensate the local road authority in an amount satisfactory to <br /> that road authority and concurred in by the City Engineer for the restoration of <br /> that haul road. The City Engineer will then accept such restoration or concur in <br /> such financial settlement for the restoration of the haul road in writing and such <br /> acceptance will relieve the permit holder of any additional obligation in <br /> connection with the restoration of the haul roads. If the permit holder fails Or <br /> refuses to perform haul road restoration or to make satisfactory financial <br /> settlement for such restoration, the City will cause the restoration work to be done <br /> and require reimbursement from ;the financial guarantee required herein. <br /> <br />12. The maximum slope other than the working face shall be slopect on all sides no <br /> steeper than a rate of 2 foot horizontal to 1 foot vertical.
