PC CASE <br /> <br />CONSIDER ENDING PROBATIONARY PERIOD <br />FOR THE UTILITIES LEAD PERSON <br /> <br />Givonna Reed, Human Resources Manager <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />On January 12, 2005, John Nelson was hired as the City's Utilities Lead Person.
