Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR A <br /> UTILITIES MAINTENANCE WORKER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Jerry Dube began working for the City as a Utilities Maintenance <br />Worker on January 12, 2005 and was subject to a six-month probationary period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Dube has successfully completed the required six-month <br />probationary period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its July 12, 2005 meeting agreed <br />with staff's recommendation to end the probationary period for Jerry Dube, effective <br />July 12, 2005. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Connnittee to end the probationary period for Jerry Dube, effective <br />July 12, 2005. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared dUly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council the 12th day of July 2005. <br /> <br />2350- <br /> <br />G:kAdministration~HumanResources',Performance Evaluations\Ending ProbationkDube 7-12-05.doc <br /> <br /> <br />
