Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING AUTHORIZATION TO REQUEST <br />PROPOSALS FOR AN ORGANIZATIONAL STUDY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey is experiencing significant growth and development; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, increases in population and demographics will warrant changes to <br />Ramsey's service delivery model and possible changes in organizational structure. <br /> <br />NOW, THIMEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, 'as follows: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to authorize staff to request proposals for an organizational <br />study, <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council the 12th day of July 2005. <br /> <br />-354- <br /> <br />G:kAdministrationkHumanResources\Org Chart-Org Structure\Organizational Study 2005LRFP for Org Study 07-12-05.doc <br /> <br /> <br />
