Retainer Agreement <br />Page 3 <br />May 5, 2005 <br /> <br />The total monthly cost to retain The Tinklenberg Group for these tasks and activities is <br />$6,000 per month for a period of 12 months,, at which time the tasks and fees will be <br />reviewed by the city. Upon your approval, work will continue as scheduled.
