ARTICLE 10 HOLIDAYS <br />10.1 Holidays with pay are defined as: <br />New Year's Day <br />Martin Luther King Jr. Day <br />President's Day <br />Memorial Day <br />Independence Day <br />Labor Day <br />Veteran's Day <br />Thanksgiving Day <br />Friday after Thanksgiving Day <br />Christmas Eve <br />Christmas Day <br />Floating Holiday <br />January 1st <br />Third Monday in January <br />Third Monday in February <br />Last Monday in May <br />July 4th <br />First Monday in S eptemb er <br />November 11th <br />Fourth Thursdayin November <br />Friday after Thanksgiving Day <br />December 24th. <br />December 25th <br />(8) Ei ht hours to be used within calendar <br />g <br />year <br />positions are entitled to time off with full pay on the <br />�. 0.2 All EMPLOYEES in regular . <br />ARTICLE.
