WHEREAS, the bid of North Valley, of Nowthen, Minnesota, in the amount of $224,552.19 for <br />the total bid for construction of the improvements in accordance with the approved plans and <br />specifications and advertisement for bids, is the lowest responsible bidder and their bid shall be and <br />hereby is accepted. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract <br />with said bidder for the construction of said improvements for and on behalf of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br />2) The City Administrator is hereby authorized to execute the proposal from Bolton & Menk, Inc. to <br />provide construction staking services for said improvements in a total not -to -exceed amount of <br />$4,680 for the project. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 25th <br />day of May, 2021. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />Resolution #21-139 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
