Armstrong Boulevard NW (CSAH 8,3). ~s the major north/south <br />access road to and t'rom the s. ite and is cIassifi.ed as a Collector roadwJy,~ Alphfe Drive <br />NW and Industly Boulevard NW (CP. 116) are B~lVlinor Arterials ~d run e;tst/west <br />through the site. Nutria-Street NW is a residential access road. All roadway <br />cl~ssi fications are identified in the City' of Ram,~.ey 200t C'r~mprehe~slve Plan. The <br />Comprehensive Plan is currently being updated. <br /> <br />The intersection of TH 10/169 and Alpine Drive NW is an unsignatized T-interseetion.' <br />At this location, TIt 10/169 is a divided l'bur4ane highway with a southbo~,md left turn <br />lane and northbound left: and right turn lanes. The northbound lei~ turn lane is only used <br />t'or U-turn movements. Alpine Drive NW is a tWO-iane east/west mnnlng roadw:ay that <br />terminates at TI-{ 10/169. Unmarked lanes for left and right turns are provided. Alpine <br />Drive [s stop controlled.at the intersection of TH 10/I69. The speed limit of Alpine <br />Drive NW is 40 mph. <br /> <br />Nutria Street at Alpine Drive NW is a T-intersection with three approach legs. At the <br />intersection, Nutria Street is stop-controlled and Alpine Drive has a fi-ee movement <br />through the intersection. Nutria Street is a residential street that terminatea at Alpine <br />Drive NW. <br /> <br />Alpine Drive NW at Armstrong Bottlevard (CSAH '83) is a 'i-bur-legged intersection under <br />2-way.stop control on Alpine Drive. AIpine Drive has a single, approach lane.on each <br />approach. The speed limit along Armstrong Boulevard (CSAH 83) is 55 mph ,-md has a <br />free movement in t'3oth north and south directions with right turn lanes and through-left: <br />[anes on both approaches, <br /> <br />The intersection o f Armstrong Boulevard (CSAH '83).and IndUstry Avenue (CR 1 i 6) iS a <br />Four-legged intersection with Industry Avenue stop controlled in the east and westbound <br />directions.
