ri'hat part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />county, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the <br />north line of said Section 14 with the centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47 as <br />thc the same is now laid out and traveled, said point being 762.3 feet east from the <br />North Quarter corner of said Section 14; thence south 3 degrees, 05 minutes, east <br />along the centerline of said highway a distance of 540.55 feet; thence south 1 <br />degree, 52 minutes east continuing along said centerline a distance of 557 feet; <br />thcncc south 85 degrees, 38 minutes, 25 seconds east a distance of 691.39 feet to <br />the actual point of beginning of the tract of land to be hereby described; thence <br />continuing south 85 degrees, 38 minutes, 25 seconds east a distance of 200 feet to <br />its intersection with the west line of Lot 1, Block 4, Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd <br />Addition according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the <br />Registrar of Titles in and for Anoka County, Minnesota; thence south 0 degrees, 19 <br />minutes west along the west line of said Lot 1 a distance of 157.48 feet to the <br />southwest corner of said Lot 1; thence south 89 degrees, 57 minutes, 34 seconds <br />cast along the south line of Lots 1 and 2 in the said Block 4 a distance of 299.25 <br />fcct; thence south 0 degrees, 19 minutes west a distance of 178.16 feet; thence south <br />81 degrees, 19 minutes west a distance of 504.98 feet; thence north 0 degrees, 19 <br />minutes east a distance of 427.3 feet to the actual point of beginning. <br /> <br />All that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 14, <br />~l'ownship 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying and being east of St. <br />t:rancis Road, excepting therefrom the following: Beginning at the southeast comer <br />of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence on an assumed bearing of <br />north 0 degrees 14 minutes 40 seconds west along the east line of said Northeast <br />Qm~rter o£ the Southeast Quarter 597.93 feet; thence south 66 degrees 20 minutes <br />west 191.49 feet; thence south 67 degrees 50 minutes west 430.00 feet to the <br />easterly Right of Way line of State Trunk Highway No. 47 as traveled; thence south <br />21 degrees 18 minutes 41 seconds east 96.32 feet; thence southeasterly 285.80 feet <br />along a tangential curve concave to the southwest, having a radius of 2883.00 feet <br />to the intersection with the south line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast <br />()uarter; thence easterly along said south line to the point of beginning and there <br />terminating.
