The site plan meets this requirement. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />Tree Preservation: A tree preservation plan has been submitted. A number ofpines <br />and cedars along the western and northern boundaries are being preserved, which will <br />provide some screening/buffeting for the existing single-family homes adjacent to this <br />site.
