Address Signage: The City, will be requiring an address location sign (specifying the units addresses) to be placed at the entrance of all private streets. The required signage will assist emergency services in locating a specific unit when called to the site. The address signage is subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer and Police Chief. 22. Park Dedication: The 2005 recommendation of the Park Commission for a cash payment to satisfy park dedication requirements shall be applied. The current rate is $2,200.00 per unit. 23. Trail Development and Trail Fees: The current trail development fee is $550.00 per unit and is due prior to recording the plat. 24. Stormwater Management Feei: !The City has enacted a stormwater management fee. The payment of this. fee will be required prior to recording the plat and the current rate is $384.00 per unit. 25. Other Permits: The developer is responsible for obtaining any permits required from other regulatory agencies. 26. REU Number: The City has enacted a quarterly drainage utility charge that is applicable to the proposed development. The total quarterly drainage utility charge for the development will be provided at the time the City receives the necessary in.formation. The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 8, 2005 at' Ramsey Fire Station/il, to conduct a public hearing regarding the revised preliminary plat.
