Preliminary Plat and Site Plan Review: Sunflower Ridge Second Addition <br />August I, 2005 <br />Page 6 of 6 <br /> <br />21. <br /> <br />Address Signage: The City, will be requiring an address location sign (specifying the <br />units addresses) to be placed at the entrance of all private streets. The required <br />signage will assist emergency services in locating a specific unit when called to the <br />site. The address signage is subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer <br />and Police Chief. <br /> <br />22. <br /> <br />Park Dedication: The 2005 recommendation of the Park Commission for a cash <br />payment to satisfy park dedication requirements shall be applied. The current rate is <br />$2,200.00 per unit. <br /> <br />23. Trail Development and Trail Fees: The current trail development fee is $550.00 <br /> per unit and is due prior to recording the plat. <br /> <br />24. Stormwater Management Feei: !The City has enacted a stormwater management <br /> fee. The payment of this. fee will be required prior to recording the plat and the <br /> current rate is $384.00 per unit. <br /> <br />25. Other Permits: The developer is responsible for obtaining any permits required <br /> from other regulatory agencies. <br /> <br />26. <br /> <br />REU Number: The City has enacted a quarterly drainage utility charge that is <br />applicable to the proposed development. The total quarterly drainage utility charge <br />for the development will be provided at the time the City receives the necessary <br />in.formation. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 8, 2005 at' <br />Ramsey Fire Station/il, to conduct a public hearing regarding the revised preliminary <br />plat.
