COMMENTS & RESPONSES <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY ?6342?5543 P,06 <br /> <br />In regards to section 21, the City should consider the cumulative impacts the <br />development will generate on the roadway system with other developments <br />occurring in the area, i.e. Pulte Homes Semmer~¢t Station Subdivision and the <br />Brookfield Addition. <br /> <br />In regards to the above comment and section 29, a mitigation plan should be <br />implemented for the transportation infrastmoture. This should include the <br />Sweetbay Ridge Development and future developments occurring in the City of <br />Ramsey.
