COMMENTS & RESPONSES <br /> <br />Mitigation Plan <br />The mitigation measures as proposed in all the studies (Sommerset Station, Brookfield, and Sweetbay <br />Ridgc) add together to complete a full infrastructure improvement plan to handle the development traffic. <br />Thc current update of the comprehensive plan for the City will determine the future regional impacts of <br />developments that will occur throughout the City and determine an infrastructure plan to handle <br />additional development and background traffic growth. As further developments are added to the City, <br />those developments will require further study and possibly more mitigation measures. <br /> <br /> <br />
