WHEREAS, the deadline for comment on the EAW was July 20, 2005 and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, based upon the oral and written comments received by the City of Ramsey <br />has prepared written responses and found there is no potential for significant environmental <br />impacts as a result of the project. The comments and responses are appended to this resolution, as <br />are thc Findings of Fact # <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1.
