Subd. 2. Permits. A mechanical permit shall be required to install any outdoor <br />solid fuel-fired heating device within the City. <br /> <br />Subd. 3. Additional Requirements, <br /> <br />A property shall be a minimum of two (2) acres in size to utilize or install <br />an outdoor solid fuel-fired heating device. <br /> <br />Outdoor solid fuel-fired heating devices shall be located at least fifty (50) <br />feet from any property line and shall not be located in the front yard. <br /> <br />All outdoor solid fuel-fired heating devices installed or purchased with/n <br />the City are required to meet the emission standards currently required (or <br />as may be amended from time to time) by the Environmental Protection <br />Agency (EPA) and Underwriters Laboratories (UL) listing. <br /> <br />All outdoor solid fuel-fired heating devices are subject to regulation as <br />public nuisances as described in this Section. <br /> <br />Dense smoke, noxious fumes, gas and soot, or cinders, in unreasonable <br />quantities, is declared a public nuisance and is hereby made subject to <br />regulation and control by a properly designated authority. <br /> <br />All outdoor solid fuel-fired heating devices installed within the City shall <br />be listed by a third party and installed according to the manufacturer's <br /> / . <br />recommendations. <br /> <br />g° <br /> <br />The following materials shall not be used or burned in outdoor solid fuel- <br />fired heating devices: grass, leaves, oils, rubber, plastics, tires, railroad <br />ties, construction debris and painted or chemically treated materials such <br />as treated lumber, composite shingles, tar paper, insulation composition <br />board, sheetrock, wiring, paint and hazardous and industrial solid waste. <br /> <br /> Subd. 4. Violations. Any violation of this ordinance shall be considered a <br />misdemeanor. <br /> <br />Section 9.20.11 (R-I' Residential District) Subd. 4 (R-1 Bulk Standards) shall be amended as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Subd. 4.
