In accordance with the approved preliminary plat, the <br />project consists of 190 townhomes on approximately 21 acres located on Outlet U, Ramsey <br />~l'own Center Addition and portions of Outlets B, Ramsey Town Center 2nd Addition. The <br />proposed development is located south of Bunker Lake Boulevard, north of East Ramsey <br />Parkway, east of Town Center Drive and east and west of Rhinestone St. N.W. <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director/EDA Executive Director Frolik explained the final <br />plat consists of 33 lots for the 33 buildings. The two outlets will be retained for future <br />development. The net density is in accordance with the approved preliminary plat at 11.6 units <br />per acre. The building elevations indicate that there will be 33 buildings containing 36 back-to- <br />back units and 154 row house units. All of the buildings meet the minimum 2-story height <br />requirement. The four buildings fronting on Rhinestone Street exceeded the 20 foot maximum <br />front yard setback and received a variance from the Board of Adjustment on June 23, 2005. The <br />plat wt~s designed with 20 foot driveways, which is in accordance with City Code. She advised <br />all el'thc private streets will be 24 feet wide and meet City standards for length.
