Inc. to prepare final plans and specifications and administer bids for said improvements. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with Bolton & Menk, Inc. for said professional services for and on behalf of <br />the City of Ramsey. <br />2.
