ACE Solid Waste worked with the City last year to begin <br />delivering recycling bins to residents and continues to assist with the Spring and Fall <br />recycling events. ACE Solid Waste moved to the City of Ramsey in the year 2000 and <br />thc Finance Committee might want to take into consideration the fact that ACE is a local <br />business that has proven to be very viable, and to take measures to promote a home-town <br />business. <br /> <br />Staff recommends initiating negotiations with ACE Solid Waste for a new curbside <br />recycling contract. <br /> <br />Committee Action: <br /> <br />Based on discussion. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />Asst.
