Ms. Frolik replied item no. 10 <br />requires Green Valley Greenhouse to monitor the county road for spillage. Councilmember <br />l.;lvig stated materials being loaded improperly on a flatbed would be a safety issue. He <br />suggested it' this becomes a problem, a restriction regarding this issue could be added into the <br />conditional use permit in the future. Councilmember Pearson commented Mr. Rowe runs an <br />efficient business and monitors the loads well. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Councilmember Jeffrey. <br /> <br />('asc #12: Introduce Wetland Buffer Ordinance; Case of City of Ramsey <br /> <br />Mayor (;amcc indicated the proposed Wetland Buffer Ordinance was discussed in a Council <br />work session. The Council listened to the concerns of citizens, and some of those concerns are <br />unique. At this time the action before the Council is introduction of the proposed ordinance. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to introduce the <br />proposed Wetland Buffer Ordinance. <br /> <br />Further discussion: John Enstrom, 8702 181st Avenue NW, stated he had a two hour meeting <br />with his engineer today regarding this issue. He would like to have this ordinance adjourned <br />until the next Council meeting when he will have a full report for the Council's consideration. <br />Itc stated there are many things in this ordinance that are not legal. Mayor Gamec requested Mr. <br />l instroln to submit a fortnal letter for the Council to review prior to the next Council meeting. <br />City Attorney Goodrich indicated the letter should be submitted by the Wednesday prior to the <br />Council meeting at 5:00 p.m. to be included in the Council packet.
