Associate Planner Wald agreed they would not meet code, which is something that would .have. to be considered. Associate Planner Wald noted this is something Staff is working with Pulte Homes, -Staff agrees they r~eed to capitalize on the density in the areas that are guidbd for higher densi.ty. Chairperson Nixt asked which 18 acres are be!rig prspos~d to be rezoned to. commercial. Mr. Leper stated that. they are showing it north of Highway 10. He indicated that may change, .as he has worked with Ryan Companies and is not sure of the commercial piece configurations.
