Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-10-xx <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING EXCESS EQUIPMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff has conducted, a review of the existing fleet of city vehicles; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff has determined that five (5) vehicles should be declared excess <br />equipment; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff intends to sell the five (5) vehicles at auction a purchase one <br />late model, low mileage, fuel efficient vehicle for city hall staff use. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT REsoLVED BY THE cITy COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Cit? Council of the City of Ramsey authorizes declaration of the <br />following five (5) vehicles as excess equipment: <br /> UNIT 301- 2FALP71W7VX188744, 111,000 Miles <br /> UNIT 302- 2FALP71W7VX188745, 139,000 Miles <br /> UNIT 304- 2FAFPT1WOWX129759, 106,000 Miles <br /> UNIT 305- 2FAFP71W7WX129760, 134,000 Miles <br /> UNIT 031- 2FAHP71W73X175805, 76,000 Miles <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing, resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the25th day of October 2005. <br /> <br />-142- <br /> <br /> <br />
