Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR <br /> THE ASSISTANT FINANCE OFFICER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Sandy Carlson began working for the City on March 28, 2005 and <br />was subject to a six-month probationary period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Carlson has successfully completed the required six-month <br />probationary period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its October 25, 2005 meeting agreed <br />with staff's recommendation to end the probationary period for Sandy Carlson, effective <br />September 28, 2005. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Sandy Carlson, effective <br />Sep.tember 28, 2005. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoingresolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon.said resolution was declared duly'passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council the ~25th day of October 2005. <br /> <br />-334'- <br /> <br />G:\Administration\HumamResources~Performance EvaluationskEnding Probation\Carlson 3-28-05.doc <br /> <br /> <br />
