He stated the applicants are in the audience. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Woestehoff, seconded by Councilmember Musgrove, to waive the <br />Charter requirements to read the Ordinance aloud and adopt Ordinance #22-21 Rezoning 14622 <br />and 14650 Ferret Street NW from COR to E-3 Employment District. <br /> <br />Further discussion: <br />Councilmember Heineman commented on the previous case that he and his family are big fans of <br />ice cream. He congratulated the previous Anoka resident. He commented he also wanted to voice <br />his support and stated he is really looking forward to this.
