An application for easement vacation must be completed. <br />This easement vacation will be presented to the City Council with the request for final plat <br />approval. <br /> <br />Access to Lots: Access to the proposed lot would be gained from Ebony Street. <br /> <br />Park and Trail Dedication Fees: The current Park Dedication fee is $2,200.00 per dwelling <br />unit. The current Trail Development Fee is $550.00. The applicant is responsible for these costs <br />before the lot can be improved, The rate in effect at the rime'of final plat approval will be <br />collected prior to the City, releasing the plat for recording. <br /> <br />Stormwater Management Fee: Stormwater Management Fees is $384.00 per dwelling unit. <br />The rate in ~ffect at the time of final plat approval will be collected prior to releasing the plat for <br />recording. <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 PM on November 3rd, 2005,}at the <br />Ramsey Fire Station located at 15050 Armstrong Boulevard, to consider your request for sketch <br />plan review.
