Congressional Review Act <br />The Administrator of OIRA has determined that this is a major rule for purposes of <br />Subtitle E of the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement and Fairness Act of 1996 (also known <br />as the Congressional Review Act or CRA) (5 U.S.C. 804(2) et seq.). Under the CRA, a major <br />rule generally may take effect no earlier than 60 days after the rule is published in the Federal <br />Register. 5 U.S.C. 801(a)(3). <br />Paperwork Reduction Act <br />The information collections associated with the SLFRF program have been reviewed and <br />approved by OMB pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35) (PRA) and <br />assigned control number 1505-0271.
