C(mncilmcmber introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONSIDERING REAPPOINTMENT OF <br /> BOARD AND COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the following board and commission members have applied for <br />rcappointment to their respective board for a term to expire December 31, 2009: Jon Olds <br />and James Pontius (Park and Recreation Commission); Gary Van Scoy and Ralph Brauer <br />(['lmming Commission); and Tom Anderson (Public Safety Board); and <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That thc City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />l~crsmmel Committee to <br /> <br />reappoint/not reappoint Mr. <br />reappoint/not reappoint Mr. <br />reappoint/not reappoint Mr. <br />reappoint/not reappoint Mr. <br />reappoint/not reappoint Mr. <br /> <br />Jon Olds to a term expiring Dec. 31, 2009. <br />James Pontius to a term expiring Dec. 31, 2009. <br />Gary Van Scoy to a term expiring Dec. 31, 2009. <br />Ralph Brauer to a term expiring Dec. 31, 2009. <br />Tom Anderson to a term expiring Dec. 31, 2009. <br /> <br />Thc motion for the adoption of <br />Councilmcmber , and upon <br />lhcrcot': <br /> <br />the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> <br />and thc tbllowing voted against the same: <br /> <br />and thc £ollowing abstained: <br /> <br />and the lbllowing were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />(',ouncil this the 7th day of November 2005. <br /> <br /> <br />
