The applicant . <br />nas applied for an easement vacation, which is necessary to adjust the easement on the south <br />property line of the lot. That easement vacation will be presented to City Council with the Final <br />Plat review. <br />Access to Lots: Access to the proposed lot would be gained from Ebony Street. <br />Park and Trail Dedication Fees: The current Park Dedication fee is $2,200.06 per dwelling <br />unit. The current Trail Development Fee is $550.00. The applicant is responsible for these costs <br />before the lot can be improved. The rate in effect at the time of final plat approval will be <br />collected prior to the City releasing the plat for recording. <br />Storinwater Management Fee: Stormwater Management Fees is $384.00 per dwelling unit. <br />The rate in effect at the time of final.plat approval will be collected prior to releasing the plat for <br />recording. <br />The Ramsey City Council will be meeting at 7:00 PM on November 22" d, 2005, at the Ramsey <br />Fire Station, located at 15050 Armstrong Boulevard, to consider your request for Final Plat <br />approval.
