CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT - CLEMENS SECOND AUDITION <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (the "CITY"), and VINCENT AND <br />EVELYN CLEMENS, husband and wife, whose address is 674.1 137`4 Ave. NW, Ramsey, <br />Minnesota, ("the DEVELOPERS"), <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the DEVELOPERS are the fee owners of the following described property <br />situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described <br />as follows: <br />Outlot A, Clemens' Addition <br />Or upon recording: <br />Lots 1, Block 1: Clemens Second Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />WHEREAS, on November 22, 2005 pursuant to Resolution 05-11-XX, the CITY <br />approved the final plat of the Subject Property which plat is known as CLEMENS SECOND <br />ADDITION (the "Plat") contingent on certain requirements, including DEVELOPERS and <br />CITY entering into this contract; and <br />WHEREAS, the Plat consists of one lot being converted from Outlot A, Clemens <br />Addition to one buildable lot legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, Clemens Second Addition. <br />WHEREAS, no expenditure of CITY funds, will be made until the City Code escrow <br />requirements have been fulfilled by DEVELOPERS; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY and DEVELOPERS agree as follows: 0 <br />I. <br />-162- <br />
