Setbacks: The TC4-a Zoning District requires the following setbacks: <br /> <br />Fron.t yard <br /> <br />Side yard <br />Rear yard <br /> <br />0 to 25 feet as measured' from building from to edge of sidewalk, road <br />right-of-way or back of street curb; <br />None, unless required by building code;. · · <br />None, unless required by building code. <br /> <br />Due to the significant grade changes between the plat and Bunker Lake Blvd., the buildings <br />are sited with front yard setbacks that range from 28 to 35 feet from the right-of-way or <br />property line. These small' <br />green areas provide important breathing space, contribute to stormwater management, and <br />oftbr additional recreational amenities to serve the building tenants. 'There are several <br />pockets of greenspace between the buildings that range from 30 to 50 feet in width.
