Final Site Pian Review: Ramsey Office Plaza <br />December 9, 2005 <br />?age 5 of.5 <br /> <br />Sewer and Water Trunk Fees: The 2005 Sewer Trunk Fee is $3,284.00 per commercial acre. The <br />2005 Water Trurfl( Fee is $7,313.00 per commercial acre. The rate in effect at the time of final plat <br />approval will be charged, at being approved is the one that will be charged. <br /> <br />Stormwater Management Fee: The 2005 Stormwater Trunk Fee is $3,835.00 per Commercial acre. <br />The rate in effect at the time of' final plat approval will be charged. A cash payment will be required <br />before the City witl r.elease the building permit. <br /> <br />Development Permit: As part of the approval by City Council, the applicant will need to enter into a <br />development permit. A separate development agreement will be executed between the City and <br />Ramsey Town Center LLC in regards to the plat and public improvements. The Development Permit <br />will enumerate the financial sureties needed by the City to allow construction of the project. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 13, 2005 at Ramse¥ Fire Station, <br />15050 Armstrong Blvd., to review your proposed site plan.
