RAMSEY OFFICE PLAZA <br /> DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANoKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />a muhicipal corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota (the "CITY"), and PSD, LLC <br />whose address is 10907 93rd Avenue N., Osseo, MN 55369 (the "PERMITTEE"). <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER is the fee owner of the following described property <br />situated in the CITY OF R.42v[SEY, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot I, Block 1, Ramsey Town Center 11 t~, Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on December 13, 2005, the CITY approved the final plat of the Subject <br />Property for RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 11TM ADDITION (the Plat"), <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on December 13, 2005, the CITY approved the final site plan for the <br />Ramsey Office Plaza on the Subject Property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the PERMITTEE intends to cause the required improvements to the <br />Subject Property to be constructed without financial participation by the CITY. <br /> <br />-379- <br /> <br />Ramsey Office Plaza <br />PSD, LLC <br />Development Permit <br />Page 1 o1'9 <br /> <br /> <br />
