WHEREAS, by execution of this Contract, PERMITTEE .acknowledges the <br />Subject Property and its development contemplated by the Final Site Plan ("Site Plan") is <br />subject to the terms and conditions of that certain other documents entitled: <br /> <br />"CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />MASTER DE VEL OP3/IENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR RAMSEY TOWN CENTER <br /> By and Between <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> And <br /> RAMSEY TOWN CENTER LLC <br /> <br />Dated September 17, 2003"' <br /> <br />(the "Master Development A=reemem ) <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />"FIRST AMENDMENT TO CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> MASTER DEVELOPMENT AOREEMENT <br /> FOR RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ' <br /> By and Between <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> And <br /> RAMSEY TOWN CENTER LLC <br /> Dated February 28, 2005 <br /> <br />(the "First Amendment") <br /> <br />The terms and conditions of the aforementioned agreements are incorPorated herein by <br />reference as if fully set forth at this point.
