The responsibility for providing this feature must be resolved between the <br /> master and secondary developers, <br /> · · The sidewalks along the street will have a defined joint pattern per the streetscape <br /> plan. Consideration should be given to continuing this pattern up to the building <br /> to maintain continuity. <br /> <br />Waste Storage: The site plan is showing waste receptacles in an enclosure. The entrance <br />to the enclosure is 90 degrees to the proposed access drive, we pose the following <br />questions. <br /> · Are the receptacles shown sized for all of the buildings on the site? If not <br /> where will the additional storage be placed? <br /> · Can a garbage truck access these receptacles in their cun'ent location? Typical <br /> dumpsters for food establiSltments are too large to be rolled out for servicing <br /> when full, especially if they serve all of the buildings on the block. <br /> <br />Off-Street Parking - Spaces Required: The parking ramp will provide parking to be <br />used by the customers of the restaurant/nightclub. The subject property is in the area <br />de~signated as the "Parking Maintenance Area."
