Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> AUTHORIZATION TO MAKE THE FII~; SECRETARY <br /> POSITION FULL-TIME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in 2005 the City Council created a part-time Fire Secretary <br />position; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is anticipated that as part of the 2006 budget, the Fire Secretary <br />position will change to full-time; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Fire Chief has requested that the Fire Secretary position be <br />changed to full-time in order to finish data entry projects prior to the end of the year. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF.RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br /> <br />Confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to do the following: <br /> <br /> Change the Part-Time Fire Secretary position to full-time effective December 14, <br /> 2005. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member, , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 13th day of December 2005. <br /> <br />-621- <br /> <br /> <br />
