Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #23-006 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR LYNWOOD SECOND ADDTION <br />WHEREAS, U.S. Home LLC, dba Lennar, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for <br />Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Outlots B & C, Lynwood Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the `Subject Property'); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat of Lynwood Second Addition on January 10, 2023. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Final Plat and Development Agreement for Lynwood <br />Second Addition, contingent upon: <br />a. Compliance with Staff Review Comments. <br />b. Approval by the City Attorney as to legal form. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 10th day of <br />January, 2023. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
