Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD <br /> FOR A PATROL OFFICER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jim Bonine was hired as a patrol officer on January 3, 2005; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Bonine has successfully completed a one year probationary <br />period as a patrol officer; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its January 10, 2006 meeting agreed <br />with staff's recommendation to end the probationary period for Jim Bonine effective <br />January 3, 2006. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the tecomme/~dation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Jim Bonine, effective <br />January 3, 2006. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereofi <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the l0th day of January 2006. <br /> <br />-384- <br /> <br />OSAdministration~HumanResource$~Performance Evaluations~Ending Probation\Bonine 1-10-06.doc <br /> <br /> <br />
