Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION GRANTING A LEAVE OF ABSENCE <br /> TO A CITY EMPLOYEE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Amy Geisler, Planning Associate, has requested seven weeks of <br />leave without pay to care for her child; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the seven weeks of leave without pay will expire on March 3, 2006; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Geisler will not accrue paid leave and the City will not make its <br />regular contribution to health and basic life insurance premiums during the period of <br />leave without pay. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to grant seven weeks of leave without pay to Amy Geisler to care <br />for her child. The seven weeks of leave will expire on March 3, 2006.
