Tree removal and preservation associated with the regional pond area is estimated at <br />$160,000. <br />The total for mass site grading of the remaining undeveloped land within The COR, including wetland <br />mitigation is estimated at $3,002,000. Tree removal and preservation associated with the undeveloped <br />area is estimated at $794,000. <br />The total for The Waterfront, Phase 1 is estimated at $4,218,000. The Waterfront's park features are still <br />considered preliminary. Costs and improvements are based on 2018 City Cost Estimating effort, adjusted <br />for 2023 pricing and include a recreational splash pad, wading fountain, vehicle access, parking, <br />associated concrete walkways, a bituminous trail circumnavigating the stormwater feature, and <br />miscellaneous landscaping.
