The consensus of the Board was to assist in contacting businesses for the January 26, 2006 <br />Business Network Meeting. <br /> <br />MEMBER INPUT <br /> <br />Economic Development Consultant Mulrooney reported he has met with a couple of business <br />prospects for the City. He stated 2006 should be a good year for the EDA. The big thing is that <br />the City is running out of property, with land prices rising rapidly on the industrial front. <br /> <br />Economic Development/TIF Specialist Sullivan reported Economic Development Staff and <br />Public Works Staff are working hand in hand with discussion in regards to the MPCA piece of <br />property to the north. Both of these projects can work together. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />Motion by Member LeTourneau, seconded by Member Steffen, to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Riley, Members LeTourneau, Steffen, Gromberg, <br />Kiefer, and Strommen. Voting No: None.
