The project entails the grading and paving of the
existing dirt street with four inches of Class 5 and 1-½ inches of bituminous. The estimated cost
of the project in the feasibility study was $3,379.00 for each of the 9.5 benefited residents. The
resident proposed to be charged the half charge appeared at the public hearing to question the
appropriateness of the assessment. Upon research, it was determined that this property had been
assessed a full share of the installation of 151s' Lane NW. For that reason the property was
dropped from the final assessment role for this project. The final project costs have been
determined to be $3,019.38 for each of the nine benefited properties.

Citizen Input

There was none.

Motion by Councilmember Connolly, seconded by Councilmember Anderson, to close the public
hearing.

Motion carried.
