Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONSIDERING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S <br /> PERFORMANCE EVALUATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, each Council Member completed and submitted a performance <br />evaluation for the City Administrator for 2004-2005; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council and the City Administrator discussed the City <br />Administrator's performance on January 31, 2006; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it was the consensus of the City Council that Mr. Norman's 2004- <br />2005 performance was satisfactory and that h/s employment agreement would be <br />amended to include monthly City contributions totaling $5,400 annually to deferred <br />compensation. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey accepts the recommendation of the <br />Committee of the Whole that Mr. Norman's 2004-2005 performance was <br />satisfactory and that his employment agreement shall be amended to include <br />monthly City contributions totaling $5,400 annually to deferred compensation. <br />Mayor Gamec is authorized to execute the addendum to Mr. Norman's <br />employment agreement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 31st day of January, 2006. <br /> <br />-298- <br /> <br />HCPeffonnancc Evals\City Administratofl2004-2005~taff report re 2004-2005 peffeval.doc <br /> <br /> <br />
