A roll call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary: <br /> <br />Councihnember Anderson aye <br />Councilmember Connolly aye <br />Councihnember Zimmerman aye <br />Councilmember Hendriksen abstain <br />Mayor Gamec aye <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Case #6: <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance to Repeal Ordinance #95-12 and Vacate Drainage and <br />Utility Easements in Northfork Highlands Addition; Case of North Fork, <br />Inc. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik stated that on December 12, 2000, the City Council <br />introduced an ordinance to repeal Ordinance #95-12 and also rescinded Resolution #00~05-121 <br />that modifies the legal description contained in Ordinance #95-12. In accordance with the City <br />Charter, the ordinance to repeal Ordinance #95-21 and vacate certain drainage and utility <br />easements in Northfork Highlands was available for adoption. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Anderson, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, to adopt <br />Ordinance #00-15 to vacate certain drainage and utility easements in Northfork Highlands <br />Addition. <br /> <br />A roll call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary: <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman aye <br />Councihnember Hendriksen aye <br />Councilmember Anderson aye <br />Councilmember Connolly aye <br />Mayor Gamec aye <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Case #7: <br /> <br />Request for Authorization for Execution of a Development Agreement with T <br />& G Land, Inc. (Tom Sauter) <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman stated that the proposed development agreement with Tom Sauter, <br />d/b/a T & G Land, Inc. is a little more complicated than past tax increment financing <br />development agreements. The proposed development agreement includes the acquisition of 8.77 <br />acres of land northwest of the intersection of Sunfish Lake Boulevard and McKinley Street for <br />compensation in the amount of $500,000. In exchange for compensation and approximately 18 <br />acres of property in the new Gateway North Industrial Park (Makens Property), the proposed <br />development agreement will allow for the operations of Sauter's Landscaping Company and <br /> <br />City Council/December 19, 2000 <br /> Page 16 of 19 <br /> <br /> <br />
