Access from <br />Northfork 4th Addition, Block 7, would be directly onto Jarvis <br />Avenue and would be sharing Jarvis Avenue with industrial <br />traffic. Jarvis could also be considered a collector street <br />and would require a variance for access. <br /> <br />lO) <br /> <br />A portion of Lot 4, Block 3, Northfork 6th Addition lies within <br />the area legally described in the Northfork P.U.D. Park <br />Dedication Agreement for park purposes.
