This letter Is to be read as a supplement to the proposed <br />revised concept plan submitted to the City last week. It is our understanding that <br />the material In this letter will be submitted to the Ramsey Planning Commlsslon at <br />Its meeting on September 8th. We trust that the revisions made In this most recent <br />concept plan are consistent wlth the provisions of the origlnal concept approvals. <br />The revised plan integrates the proposed golf course with the resldential development. <br />As you are aware the golf course was Included In the City's Environmental Impact <br />Statement (ELS) for the Northfork PUD. <br /> The concept plan as currently proposed contains 254 lots at an average of 2.494 <br /> acres per lot. There are, however, 24 1ors which exceed four acres In size..
