Absent: Commissioners Howell <br />and Zimmerman. <br />Case ~3: R~ues~ For Variance From Section 170.076 Of The Ramsev City <br /> Code To Encroach On The Rum River Setback: Case Of Mr. Ga~v <br /> <br />Mr. Munkholm was present requesting a variance to construct a home that <br />will encroach on the Rum River setback. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Holm to adopt <br />Findings of Fact 0221, with the following amendment, relating to Mr. <br />Munkholm's request for a variance. (Refer to findings of fact file for <br />Findings of Fact 0221). <br /> <br /> 9. That the residence on the property to the northwest is located <br /> approximately 91 feet from the Rum River and the residence on the <br /> property to the southeast is located approximately 99 feet from <br /> the Rum River. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Shumway, Commissioners Hendriksen, <br /> LaDue, Holm and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Howell <br />and Z~erman. <br /> <br />BOARD INPUT <br /> <br />Commissioner Holm referred to the City Administrator's letter to commission <br />chairmans regarding meeting attendance and noted that he volunteered for a <br />commission that met once a month; now there are almost two meetings <br />scheduled per week.
