CASE ~6: ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH POLICY FOR ATTENDING CASE #7: SEMINARS, ETC.: Several months ago, Council directed City Staff to prepare a resolution establishing the policy on elected officials and appointed City employees attending seminars, etc. Accordingly, enclosure (D2-e) contains a resolution establish- ing said policy which is sz~mitted for you~ review and action. Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove/ amend the contents contained in the above resolution by motion. MOROZ SERVICE STATION REGARDING'AGREEMENT WITH CITY AND COUNCIL MINUTES IN.REGARDS TO HIS PROVIDING AIR AT HIS SERVICE STATION: The question has been raised on M~. Moroz not p~oviding air at his service station~ Accordingly, I am forwarding the following documents as enclositre (D2-f) for Council review. The Council, at their meeting of July 28, 1981, stated that the Council ralnutes had required that Moroz provide air at his service station. a) Council minutes dated May 27, 1980 b) council minutes dated June ~0, 1980 c) Board of Adjustment Public Hearing dated July' 8, 1980 d) Findings of Fact e) Development Agreement betweg~Moroz Hardware Self Service Gas Station'and the City of R~msey (I have also provided the proposed agreement and the signed agreement in this case, as you did make a change on the proposed one .) f) Board of Adjustment meeting dated July 22, 1980. g) Board of Adjustment Public Hearing dated July 8, 1980. After reviewing all the above documentation on this case, I do not see anything contained in the motion of the above meeting reqttlring Moroz to provide aJ/TM at his station. It w-as discussed at the meeting, but was not included in yottr action on this case. Now, in future cases it will be an automatic ~equire~nt as Council d~ected that service stations provide air and that there be an ordinance to this affect.
