Citizen Jim Nelson, Rum River Estates came before.the Council and asked who ordered this. Mayor Gamec stated the Council ordered it.. Mr. Nelson stated a delay may be beneficial as natural gas is coming in. Citizen Ralph Schume came before the Council and stated some roads were not included in his area. Citizen Sue Da,myanovich, came before the Council and stated with the gas line coming in this might deter the vote for gas and cause less appreciation.in home.value and marketability. Citizen Terry Pete1, 6140 157th, came before the Council and stated the grader pulls up and leaves dirt and makes . banks and washouts. Citizen Mr. Chisholm, 5211 Juniper Ridge, came before the Council and asked why the whole addition isn't charged when they use the street now. City Engineer.Raatikka stated the assessment is.charged on a per unit basis. Motion by Councilman Sor.teberg and seconded by Councilwoman Van Wagner to close the public hearing. Motion carried. At this time Roger Larson,'.14730 Bower's Drive came before the Council and stated he was an original petitioner and out of 45 families on the road, 24 were in favor of the project and they feel they have a majority and want the road. At'this time there was general discussion and comments from 'citizens, unidentified and out of order regarding their return to the Council meeting on this issue.
