ADJOURNED COUNCIL }~EETING cITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA An adjourned meeting of the Ramsey City Council was held at 6:30 P.M., November 12, 1980, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, ~innesota, which was adjourned from the regular Council meeting of November 10, 1980. Members Present: Mayor Gamec Councilmau Reimann Councilman Cox Councilmau Sorteberg Councilman ~lickelson Also Present: City Administrator Schnelle Chief of P61ice Auspos Public Works Superintendent Mevissen Building Official Berg Jeanne Moen ~Aayor Gamec called the adjourned Council meeting to order at 6:30 P.M. and lead in the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. CITIZEN INPUT Mayor Gamec asked the audience if any citizen had any input. any response from the audience. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Council approved of the agenda which included three additional items as follows: l) B~ildable Lot - Case of Mr. Gary Gotham 2) Buildable Lot - Case ofMr. Eric Weis 3) Installation of fire door between fire meeting room and fire barn A discussion of the Council continued on the need for a fire door between the fire meeting room and fire barn. ~ayor Gamec stated that there was a definite need for the installation of the door. Councilman Reimann asked if we had the money to purchase one and City Administrator Schnelle said we hadn't budgeted for it but it could be purchased as it would just in- crease the expense side of the budget and surplus wo~uld be used to fund the purchase if the City had a complete spend down on budget, however, that was very unlikely. Councilman Cox indicated that it would be a real money saver to stop the heat loss we now have without a door. Page 1 Special Council
